By connecting to the MSC network with a personally-owned computer or work station, the Associate, contractor, vendor or agent acknowledges and agrees that MSC will not be responsible for any adverse outcome, breach or failure of security, loss or corruption of data, downtime or damage to the user's computer hardware, software programs, network or related systems, or the voiding of any warranty coverage, as a result of any advice or services provided by MSC's technology support.
